The five basic kettlebell exercises

The Swing, Goblet Squat, Deadlift ,Clean and Press and The Turkish Get up

 These exercises form a foundation for a full-body workout, covering ballistic movements, strength training, and stability. 

Kettlebell swing:

Goblet squat: 

A great exercise for building leg strength and reinforcing proper squat form, with the weight held in front of the chest

Kettlebell clean and press: 

This is a compound movement that combines the clean (lifting the weight to the shoulder) with the press (overhead), working the entire body

Kettlebell deadlift

A foundational movement that focuses on building strength in the posterior chain, including the glutes and hamstrings
